Welcome to CRLA! Attached you'll find a copy of the Personnel Manual, that you can download for your own reference. The Personnel Manual, is your essential guide to terms of employment, policies, and practices that will help you navigate your journey with CRLA. 

This manual explains the terms of employment for its employees, full-time or part-time, and supervisors.  This manual (Revised November 4, 2024) takes precedence over any earlier versions or any other information you might come across that contradicts what's here. 

CRLA is proudly unionized under the Legal Service Workers of Rural California NOLSW, UAW Local 2320. Union members, for your convenience, you will find helpful cross-references to the 2024-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) in green throughout the manual.
