When you start at CRLA, we use an app called Ring Central to make phone calls.

This is how you look for it, using the Search bar:

This is the search bar, on the bottom next to the blue Windows icon (the blue square that is divided into 4 smaller squares) the search bar is next to it.
Type in Ring Central and a big list will pop up above the search bar, showing the Ring Central app.

Then you will click the app and it will open. If it asks for you to "Allow" it press yes, if it asks for a username and password please let IT know.
